depends some of the biiger and bette benchers get close to 300lbs, scot mendelson 715 raw, 1008in a shirt. gene rychlak, speculated 600lb raw press, shirted 1010lbs.for me for myself, close to 400raw, 550lbs with a shirt,i am still learning how to use the shirt, the movement, the reaing the whole concept is completely different and takea alot of time to master, if you dont plan on being a powerlifter, dont buy a shirt
Dont really intend on buying one, but just amazed at what something like a shirt can add such weight....did find some info explaining the "how", but still would love to have one just to learn the tech. and see how much it would add....
it takes alot of practice, you cant put one on and expect to get 300 extra lbs, you may only get 25lbs , you may get 50 lbs or you may not even be able to get the bar to touch your chest!Originally Posted by Tbucket
