You used to bench 300 lbs? There is no secrets just keep it basic, do alot of compound movements and make sure you hit every body part. If you can bench 100 lbs. more think how much bigger your arms would be.

Most simply forget the weight just concentrate on one thing and thats one thing only find a weight that allows you the hardest contraction possible with the strictest form and run from there just make sure that it causes failure around the 6-10 rep range and you will grow massively...
