I was just wondering what everyones take would be. currently I train in a more basic slow controlled manner keeping my reps generly between 6-10 rep range depending on excersize and how I feel.... If one were to say pyramid to a 1 rep max once a month would that accelerate the hypertrophy by increasing ones strength to hand greater weight in a controlled fashion... or how would you go about increasing ones benchpress/squat/deadlift strenght?
