hey guys i looked around at other workouts, and stole some of my friends ideas as well heres what i did tonight..
3min on the bike for warmup
squat

225x4 rest/explosion set.. set stops a little below parrallel, go down, rest the bar on the stops for a 1-2 count then explode up
185x7 rest/explosion set (thats what i call it at least)
3 setts of calfs (rotate different excersize every week)

standing barbell lunges ( rotate with incline leg press every 2 weeks)

any opinons on what i should change at all? i can useually go heavier on the leg extentions but i felt like i was gonna puke after the squats and barbell lunges.
