To emphasize chest lean forward and lock your legs behind you.
to emphasize tri stay upright and lock legs in front of you similar when doing hanging leg raises.
Even if you do tris on chest day, dips are a great way to end your chest portion of your workout and segway into your tricep routine
if you already did some type of dip earlier this week or whant to do it later than subsitute a diff exercise for dips.
