    need help gaining muscle + losing fat

    Guys is there a way to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? Like would this work

    Morning wake up 20mins cardio empty stomach load up on food lots of carbs + protien do gym in the afternoon than do 20more mins of cardio straight after your workout?

    heres what i want to no if u can burn fat after a workout of doing gym and still be able to eat alot to gain muscle but very clean? Can any1 give me ideas on what i should do if i want to achieve both at once, please dnt mention cut for awhile than bulk id like to see if both can be done at once but how should i go about it?

    It is tuff but I know people in my gym who have done it. I personally can only keep BF% constant while gaining mass. I am carb sensitive and gain BF easy. So for me to lose BF cals become to low to gain. IMO fiddle with your cardio and cals for the next few weeks because ultimately it differs person to person. I would say measurements maybe better than the scale waist going down rest staying same or going up you will be on the right track.

    do an atkins or south beach diet and continue to train hypertrophy, you will lose weight and gain size, not as well if you did the seperately, but it can work

    Like Doc said you need to reduce carbohydrate intake!!!

    It's also imporant to increase essential fatty acids. I would not go full blown ketosis if you are wanting to put on muscle size. Simply match carb grams with fat grams and keep protein in take at 1.25 grams per pound of body weight whether you be natural or drug enhanced.

    reduce carbs, eat protein every meal, fat last two meals
