Guys is there a way to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? Like would this work
Morning wake up 20mins cardio empty stomach load up on food lots of carbs + protien do gym in the afternoon than do 20more mins of cardio straight after your workout?
heres what i want to no if u can burn fat after a workout of doing gym and still be able to eat alot to gain muscle but very clean? Can any1 give me ideas on what i should do if i want to achieve both at once, please dnt mention cut for awhile than bulk id like to see if both can be done at once but how should i go about it?
