20-30 minutes for 3-4 times per week. Keep your heartrate in the "fat burning zone" to avoid getting catabolic and help keep the fat and bloat down.

Your heartrate is around 60-65%. Compare it to walking as fast as you can w/o running. Their are calculators on BB.com to help you deterimine what your heartrate needs to be at.

eh, haven't been keepin up with cardio but my cals aren't very high on my lean bulk.
Try to get @ least 2 days for half hour
For heart purposes only...........you should be able to cut and bulk properly with a manipulation of diet......I do it once a week, and am thinking of dropping it all together for this bulk.........I just lose too much mass using it before.
