Hi guys. Just recently got back in the game after a year of lazyness.. gained a fair amount of lbs (around 40lbs total I think) but its comming off easily since Im putting everything I got in it. The question I have for you is regarding my leg workout. I just came back home from the gym cause I was doing my morning cardio for 40 mins, then I realized that today is my leg day. I was wondering if I should take the day off and instead go do my leg workout tommorrow or just go today??
My brain has also suffered, I just cant seem to remember what I used to know (thank you very much alcohol and mary jane!!)
