    postworkout laziness

do u guys feel a lot lazy after workout expecially if u get up from bed in the morning? If so, how do recover your energy? If not, is that a sign of gaining weight-in-process? what's your thought and say? thanks

I guess your doing pm workouts since you say you wake up feeling lazy. For am workouts I sometimes need a short nap or rest afterwards then I feel alot more refreshed. For pm workouts it should not be a problem when you wake up the next morning as long as you refueled your body after the workout with your protein shake, meal or whatever. Are your diet and sleeping habits good? And sometimes it takes just a good ole cup of Joe to get me going.

When possible I like to wake up early, lift, eat, then go back to sleep for a couple hours.
