    Reps, Sets, Movement Speed

Kinda curious what other peoples routines or lifting styles are.
My personal routine has always been, 12 sets (4 excercise and sets of 3), 8 reps, a slow lift/pull with a slow 1-2 second negative and always try to stretch the muscle to the point it hurts (in that good way) during this phase. This is usually a constant for me. The only thing that I really change up quite a bit is which excercies I do based on how I am feeling that day, which body part I want to work out that day, and of course ***ending on what machines are available as to not slow me down.

How does everyone else treat there routines, change up everything (reps, sets, excercies, speed) or change only a few things.

    kinda curious.....
