    Cardio

I am 5'9 and 179-181 pounds. I am a very fit person with little upper body fat. I do how ever have a lot of fat I could burn off on my thighs and butt. I don't do very much cardio at all, but it is getting to the point where I can't fit into any of my pants bacause of my fat butt. I am on a PCT from doing a crappy 3 week cycle with no results, wieght loss or muscle. My question is how do I burn off the fat in this pesky area. How much cardio after my work outs shoud I do to burn the fat? I have only 2 off days and I am at the gym for about 45 minutes of weight training. I have a dedicated leg day and my legs are getting bigger in size due to the muscle but I have a lot of fat still.

Spot reduction is not possible, bro. If you are looking to lean out, diet would be more important than cardio.

With a solid diet in place, it would d e pend entirely on your goals, training, and the like. For cutting, I have found half an hour of cardio after weights, followed by PWO nutrition to work well.

thats a good question man. I have the same problem. So, I know exactly how you feel. Try a stair stepper. Or walk on a treadmill with it on a high incline. Should tone the butt area. Also, try lungs.
