    Please critique my w/p.

    Hey all, I have quit the gym for the summer want to do a military workout for the summer to change things up a bit. Here is my daily routine please let me know what I can do to improve fat burning/muscle building:

    Even Days:
    Wake up before breakfast: 3km jog

    after work:

    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing me: 5,4,3,2,1
    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing me:5,4,3,2,1
    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing me:5,4,3,2,1
    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing away:5,4,3,2,1
    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing away:5,4,3,2,1
    Pullups Close Grip Hands facing away:5,4,3,2,1
    = 90 Pullups

    6-10km jog

    Situps fingers locked behind head=20,20,20
    Situps cross arm:20,20,20
    Flutter Kicks:60,60,60
    Half Situps: 20,15,15
    Cruncher Situps: 15,15,15
    Atomic Situps:25,25,20
    Good Morning Darlings: 60,70,100
    Neck Rotations:25,20,15
    Neck Lifts:30,30,30

    Odd Days:

    Tricep Pushups:20,20,20
    Regular Pushups:50,20,20,20
    Wide Pushups:20,20,20
    Dive Bomber Pushups:10,10,10
    = 260 pushups

    6-10km jog

    Situps fingers locked behind head=20,20,20
    Situps cross arm:20,20,20
    Flutter Kicks:60,60,60
    Half Situps: 20,15,15
    Cruncher Situps: 15,15,15
    Atomic Situps:25,25,20

    please improve if you find any faults, just for a reference the main workouts after the long jog vary from 1 to 1.5 hours to complete.
