    back stretch

I was wondering what you guys do to stretch out your back. Seems I've pinched a nerve around my right shoulder blade//trap area. This has happened to me quite often in the past and I finally figured out what causes it, it's those dam standing calf raises, I've been doing the seated ones for a long time and finally started doing the standing ones again due to the fact that in IM's HIT routine he said to do the standing ones... well f that I'm going back to the seated ones but now my back is all out of whack. Hurts like hell to look over my shoulder. Any stretches that might help??? And I'll avoid the doc route as last time all they had me do was go on 800mg of ibuprofin.

try gettin on the floor on your hands and knees. take your right arm and act like your trying to grab your left rear-delt. place your right arm pit area on the ground and lay your right arm straight on the ground pointing to the left. now turn your head and upper body around to the right. this should stretch the spot youre talking about bro.

this was more difficult to explain than i thought... if youre confused... hell, so am i!

Go through the same stretches and rotations you did when you were an MP...

The Upper Back stretch, The Shoulder Stretch, etc etc, you get the idea just dont yell out each stretch at the gym though..
