You need to do some type of leg raises to hit the lower abs. This can be done on an incline board with your head at the top. Or a flat bench, the floor will work too.
Leg Raises and Sit-Ups. For some reason I assume that you are wanting to work your abs alot in order to reduce a**ominal fat...keep in mind that this is achieved through diet and cardio.
You can strengthen your core on an exercise ball........if you search ab exercises you will find a ton you can try.
try reverse crunches on a slight incline bench , will tear u up
