I used to be able to squat 315 for at least 6 reps. I took sometime off a while ago and came back to squat and it decline dramatically to 245lbs for 6 reps. I took a lil more time off cuz' I thought I was overtrainin' and now I'm done to 225lbs for 6-8 reps.
What the hell is goin' on?????
