    High endurance workout???

So I am dont this hight endurance workout that was for the actrs on the 300 film
    .

    25 pull-ups
    50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
    50 push-ups
    50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
    25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

this is what I am up to now working my way up
20 pull ups (in one set)
    50 pushups (in one set)
    2o deadlifts (90 lb)
    30 floor wipers (90lbs)
    20 clean and press (50lbs).

Now I have lost lots of fat in the past 3 weeks. I think I am losing muscle too but I cant tell if its just fat loss. Becuase when U loose fat, sometomes it seems that it was the fat that was covering the muscles it lost.
Can this full-body workout be catabolic?!?!?!?!?
If so is there any program I can do with this? Like one week mass one week this endurance workout???
    thankz

    are you losing strength?

I am not doing the "300" workout, but a friend and I are experimenting with what I call "Cardio Lifting" 2x a week. Stuff like.. well one day workout we did the following:
    1. tabata thrusters
    2. "dead planks" Dead lifts superset with planks
    3. "jump snatches" 1 min jumprope superset with 1 arm db snatches
    4. box jumps superset with decline pushups.

We really like them. I dont do them in place of my normal lifting routine, I do them in addition to. Monday and Thurs mid mornings, Ill do workouts like these. And usually 5 days a week in the evening I do my typical lifting. I have noticed losing weight. I havnt been this light in a long time (tryin to get into triathlon shape). But Ive gone up in strength. I actually dont like being such a low weight (176lbs!). But its only for the triathlon, then Ill try to put back on my "pre-injury" weight of 215.

But back on topic, i really like these types of workouts. Are you getting enough protein??
