Is that including warm-up sets?
I usually only do 6-8 per....but I am a ***** ;=)

this includes warm ups.
For major muscle groups I will end up with 12 sets each including warmup sets. Usually 2 different exercises per bodypart. Ex. legs-squats and incline leg press(12). Upper back-seated rows and lat pulldowns(12).
