    sets per bodypart

    guys how many sets per bodypart do you think is best, right now im doing 8 to 12 ***ending on the bodypart

    Is that including warm-up sets?

    I usually only do 6-8 per....but I am a ***** ;=)

    i do 8-10 for small bodyparts like arms and calves.

    10-12 for chest

    12-16 for back and legs

    this includes warm ups.

    For major muscle groups I will end up with 12 sets each including warmup sets. Usually 2 different exercises per bodypart. Ex. legs-squats and incline leg press(12). Upper back-seated rows and lat pulldowns(12).
