Ok Ive been training for quite some time... and recently the past 4-5 weeks while doing shoulder exercises my right shoulder feels as if I got stabbed in it to the point where I cant to dips with out moaning. But right after the gym its fine. Literally 15-20 minutes after i walk out the door its as if my shoulder never hurt. This week I was benching with really light weight (180lbs) and my shoulder just got tight and had a worn out feeling. Kinda like shin splints.
Im also currently taking clen right now so i dont know if it has anything to do with it but i doubt it. Any suggestions?
