    Heat rate off scale.

    35 years old
    5"10 215lbs 15%BF
    Working out since teens
    Done countless AS cycles.
    Don't compete, just hobby.

Current cycle: 500mg Omni/week and 50mg Winny tabs 4 days a week. Just doing a light one for summer cutting and hardness. Along with 1mg of Arimidex ED for water. (started at .5 and upped it after week 4)

In Week 6 now. Aprox. 10 max.

    Current BP 140/80 at rest.

Friday: Ate good, but only aprox. 2000mg of sodium that day. Drank my usual 1.5 gallons of water.

That night did heavy legs, including squats and calves. Then finished with 30 minutes on elliptical machine.

Had my protein shake and a small meal with only about 100mg sodium.

Next morning, had only about 350 calorie bowl of cereal and lots of water. Did heavy shoulders, all while drinking moderate water. Then immediately did 30 minutes of elliptical.

    Here is the problem.

At about 25 mins into my cardio, I felt dizzy, short of breath, weak...just like you read on the machine (when to stop).

Tried to "cool down' on machine, but felt too terrible. When I stopped my heart rate went as far as I can tell to like 220bpm's and pumping hard. Walked around puffing for a while, all during feeling extreme anxiety.

Took a few minutes to get it down reasonable and went for a protein shake and meal. Then felt extremely nauseas, but didn't puke and extreme anxiety, dizziness again.

I felt I was hydrated, but then thought perhaps sodium was really low so I drank some water with some salt in it. Also had some gingerale incase my blood sugar was low.

Ended up having to take a Gravol anti-nausea pill and a nap to get over it.

Any ideas on what I did? Was I just overworked? Too low sodium? Not enough food?

Skipped a couple days of cardio now and just did some, but still don't feel "right", kinda weak headed.

Just in all my years of training, never had something like this take place and I am kinda puzzled.

    Thanks to any ideas.

heart rates above 220 are generally considered to be SVT (supraVentricularTachycardia) the electrical activity of the heart is not following its normal pathways. It can be serious. I agree with PB..should see a cardiologist. might only be an electrolyte imbalance

(disclaimer: I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on tv...but I do work in an ER on occasion)

It is so weird. I did lots of weights on Monday night and felt fine. Tuesday, I did morning cardio and felt sick and like shiit all day after that. I mean, dizzy, nauseas, weak and so on only after cardio.

Yea that kind of a heart rate is pretty much a gigantic red flag slapping you in your face. You should really go to a doc and have them check out out with and ECG or maybe even an ultrasound.

It isn't anything to do with sodium because it is pretty damn hard to not get enough of that even in a diet where you add no salt. Which, is a good thing, not adding salt. From my own personal experience the only time I felt like that was when I was hypoglycemic. Not a fun thing... my fiance had to help me up off the bathroom floor and into my bed where I felt better after eating a box of lemon heads if you can believe it. The incredible tachycardia you had though kind of doesn't fit this.

Let us know what happens at the doc bro and good luck.

Got back from the doc. He says my blood pressure being 140/90 is causing the anxiety and chest tightness. Probably everything else.

Had an ECG done and rate is fine other than a ***ression on one line which shows stress on the heart. Not a good sign.

Guess I am going to have to quit my cycle due to this and get things back to normal.

I have taken much, much more in the past for way longer and never had any problems. But at 35, I guess things can change on the body. Hard to say.

I do worry about stopping the arimadex all together. But I will cut it down to .5 for the next few weeks while I rest.
