Someone clear this up for me, I have heard so much bad about behind the neck press and never believed it until I actually fractured my clavicle last august doing it.
It was one of my favorite workouts and my gains were constant, also I noticed whatever I could do on behind the neck press I could do on incline so as that went up so did incline I loved this!
Someone please clear this up for me as I realize that I probably made some mistakes in my form but is there a safe way to do it or should we just always stick with in front of the head??
