Hey would it be a horrible idea to do 2 weight lifting sessions and 1 cardio session a day while on gear? If diet was in check and high in calories, would it be okay to do this? I don't know if i will recover in time with gear. I would like to get the full potential out of my gear though. My goal is to gain lean, dense muscle-mass while keeping my body fat low as possible.
For example
Monday Morning: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Monday Afternoon: Back, Biceps, Calves
Monday Night: Martial Arts
Tuesday Morning: Legs
Tuesday Afternoon: Shoulders, Traps
Wednesday Morning: Off
Wednesday Afternoon: Full-Court Basketball
And repeat... Mondays workout on Thursday
I will be having cardio almost everyday or every other day, which is mostly 1 hour martial arts session or full-court basketball.
