    is this a problem ?

    i dont get sore the next day after workouts..well rarely
    is this because ive been working out for almost a year straight or what /?
    anyone else like this

    Some people just don't get sore..No worries!!

    Are you doing the same routine over and over again? You do not need to get sore to know it's working.

    oh no
    always different exercises
    eg.. one day it might be bench presses the other flies and so on

    Im always a bit sore the next day. But I power lift rather than body build.

    do you separate muscle groups with your split so each group has time to recover? For instance if you work chest when you bench you wouldn't want to do flies the next day, etc. or at least I wouldn't.

    Well, I would try something different.
    In terms of rest pause, training method, and so on.
    I hate to not be stiff the day after. When I get really stiff I feel like I have done my job!

    if i am not sore i feel like i wasted my time, except my shoulders don't get sore, nor do my biceps, well very rarely

    wednesday shoulders / forearms
    thursday back
    friday legs

    i always get sore...my training bro on the other hand rarely does...maybe increase the weight/reps/intensity?

    flys
    bench

    3-4 sets each
