skullcrushers you mean? either one...curl bar is a bit easier
curl bar feels more natural for me. Straight bar is rough on my wrists. The only negative I have found about the culring bar is that my arms tend to flair out a bit more and I really need to concentrate on keeping them by my sides.

yea alot of people use the curl bar but because of this reason that the arms flare out with the curl bar, i think the straight bar would build more mass in the triceps and hit them betterOriginally Posted by Sir Lifts-a-lot
The E-Z- bar is much better because it takes the strain off the wrist-hence off the elbow joint as well.
