    Overtraining?

What exactly is overtraining? How many sets would you determine you were overtraining if diet was on track and no AAS was being used?

Overtraining is the situation where the amount of training you do, and the intensity, overwhelms your recovery abilities and you do not physically progress as a result.

For the second question, there is no one answer. It can depend on training experience, genetics and many other factors. This is something you must determine based on trial and error on your own body.
