I'm sure some are familiar with my new lifting career. =P
I was 138, 3 weeks ago and I'm now 144, according to the manual scale at the gym. I don't notice much physical change except in my abs, obliques (who some joke and say look like my ribs), and a little more cut in my bi's. I notice more strength than anything. Could some of the mass be in those spots or my legs?
When I can get a hold of my dad's digi-cam, I'll post some pictures for critique. I'm not much but my friend, who I go to the gym with, says I've gotten cut, just need to put that physical mass on.
So, basically, where's the weight coming from, based off that up there? ^
