    drinking water while working out

    is it good to drink alot of water while working out or just take a sip whenever needed...

    You don't want to bet bloated, but you don't want to be thirsty. Drink a glass before you start and then drink (sip) another 16 oz per hour of intense work out.

    If you stand around and gab, drink less...

    If you are pounding the sh*t out of the iron, add more.

    Your body should tell you what you need.

    Whats wrong with drinking water while working out? I drink atleast half a gallon every workout... so drink up!

    Theres a kid in the gym I workout that has a gallon milk jug full of water every time he works out... however he does
    more standing around drinking it other the getting after it... I make sure I am well hydrated before... during and after!

    I drink a shit ton while working out. I pee every 15-20 minutes for the next 3 hours.
    H2O is good.

    I drink half a gallon per session, my worksouts are awesome and great.
    I drink 1-2 gallons a day.
    I will tell you when I did drink one day only maybe 60 ounces, My workout was totally different.
    WATER MAKES A huge difference, I drink alot of water even though im cutting and it helps alot

    whatever works for you, but stay hydrated whether its pre or post workouts...i personally drink about a gallon and a half a day....more if training hard
