    Abs question

    Quick questoin. I have a really love Bf percentage and you can see the outline of my abs but i want them to get bigger? Someone said weighted cruches and weighted ab exercises work best. Any opinions or suggestions? thanks

    your abs are largely a postural muscle, so composition is most likely type 1 and 2A muscle fibres, so ur abs should respond better to higher rep ranges .

    Everyones body is different but if you use simple bodybuilding logic it might help you. How do you get bigger muscles ? Lifting heavy weight which tears down the muscle which should b e following by feediing the muscle to build it up over time. Repeat this over and over again to obtain your goal.

    Weighted crunches work good for me and burn em with some (a lot) raises.
