    Need regime advice

    22 6'4 195 all natural

    Ive had low body fat all my life and am an avid hockey player...on top of that my metabloism is very very fast. Is my routine too much? trying to bulk btw...

    sun-tris
    mon-legs
    tue-chest
    wed-bis
    thu-shoulders
    fri-rest
    sat-back

    6 exercises on primary groups
    4 exercises on secondary

    3 sets/exercise low rep high weight

    thats fine but I would save yourself a day and do bi/and tri's on the same day. And dont forget bi's and tri's get hit by a lot of the other exercies we do. I know guys who dont do them at all because they feel they are hit hard enough when exercising other muscle groups

    ^ Thats what i do 5 day split with bis+tris together.I love it!

    if your trying to bulk, i would drop down to 3-5 days a week and focus on compound exercises

    ive done all of the following splits at some points with bulking success...bulking is more about diet to begin with

    chest/tri
    back/bi
    legs
    shoulders

    or

    chest
    back
    shoulders
    legs
    bi/tri

    or

    chest/shoulders
    back
    legs
    bi/tri

    or

    chest/shoulders/tri
    back/bi's
    legs

    hey if ya can make it to the gym that many times a week, then go for it. I see nothing wrong with it.

    If I felt like it I would. Most I can do right now is 3.

    Thanks alot for your help....Given my fast ass metabolism ill drop it down to a five day split and take it from there
