    New Guy Questions

    Hey Everybody, I Read The Educational Thread Butt I Have More Questions.

    How Slowly Should I Inject The Tren I'm Taking?
    Does This Affect My Wife Throgh Sex?
    I've Been Doing Cardio Twice A Day For An Hour Each Should I Cut Back Or Increase, I've Heard Both.
    I Have Allot More Questions But Theese Are The Most Important To Me, Thanx For Taking The Time I Apreciate It.

    Yes, New To Weights I've Allways Been A Cardio Guy But It's Time To Take It Up A Notch! To Be Honest I'm Not Reall Sure What I'm Doing, My Ass Still Hurts From Monday. I Pushed It In Real Fast And Then Found This Website Today, Piss Me Off!

    Well There Are Some Things That You Should Know.. First I Wouldnt Reconmend Running Tren On Your First Cycle. I Would Also Suggust That If You Are Going To Run It You Run Some Type Of Test With It. Yes Tren Will Mess Up Your Sex Life If Your Not Running Test With It. What Are Your Stats? Bf% Age. As Far As The Cardio Goes I Dont Really See Any Need To Do It More Than 45 Mins To An Hour. But You Really Need To Be In The Gym If You Are Going To Use Aas. What Are Your Plans For Pct?

    I'm 26 And Im 5'9 At 18%. I've Allways Had To Work Hard To Not Be Fat, Seriously My Whole Family Is Severly Obeese.
    Can U Tell Me Where To Find The Meaning Of Those Acronyms. I Don't Know What Test Or The Other Things Mean, (i Know Fng) Thanx

    These are all very true things tren isnt somehting you should be using for a first cycle. But before we get into all of that lets talk about ur diet list ur average daily cals protein carbs fats etc its hard to actually count them all and crap but try to give ur closes guess to what ur getting btw so u learn a new acronym those are your macros lol. Test you dont know what test means ?

    Hey Bro Best Advice I Can Give You Is Stop Your Cycle Now And Go To The Educational Threads. Sense You Have Only Injected Once You Will Be Fine. You Have A Lot The Learn. When You Have Educated Yourself More And You Are Ready For A Cycle Go With A Test Only Cycle. Leave The Tren Alone For A While. Also Look Up Pct. The Ed Threads Will Also Tell You What All The Abreviations Mean. You Can Also Learn The Proper Way To Inject. And Welcome To The Board By The Way.. Alot Of Great Info..

    1:00 P.m. Power Bar With Gatorade
    3:00 P.m. Apple/orange
    5:00 A Steak Or (boiled) Chicken.
    And Yes I'm That New I Don't Know What Test Means. I Bought My Gear For 8 Weeks Of Tren.
    But I'm In The Military So I Have All Day To Run And Go To The Gym. But No One To Ask Without Ending Up In The Brig!

    X 2 strongly think u should stop take the time to educate yourself on AAS then start a cycle just read and then whatever other question u have post and any of the bros on here will be glad to help

    You need to keep track of your calories, fat, carbs, and your protein intake. I would say you need more protein in your diet. Also Test is short for testosterone.

    Can someone please post up the abbreviation page for this guy. I cant find it anywhere.

    stop taking steroids youre right now..youre NOT ready for them and you lack an even the most basic understanding of how to cycle them safely and correctly..taking tren alone is a bad idea for a lot of reason, especially for a newb..if youre new to weight training then you definitely do NOT need steroids..your diet need significant improvement..bad diet and steroids will do nothing for you..a good diet and no steroids will give you a better result..if you wanna do this right..you need to stop now and learn what the hell youre doing!

    you have no idea what you are doing. You need to get off the gear now, and do a lot of research before you plan on starting again.

    These guys are right. I hope you take their advice and understand that we have all been noobs, and we are all still learning. But you really should stop your cycle now.

    Aside from the educational threads do a search on tren and you should find enough information to keep you reading for at least a week.
    Sides:
    hair loss, prostate enlargement, oily skin and acne.
    lower libido and cause erectile dysfunction-it will shut down your natural test production

    Your training needs to be worked on as well. Cardio 2 x daily is alot. With that much cardio I would bet your body is in a constant catabolic state. This is fine if you want to run a marathon but if you want to put on muscle then you should cut back. A side benefit of more muscle is that you will naturally burn more calories.

    Your diet also needs work. You wont grow much with that diet. Even with steroids.

    dude if your new to lifting then go natural. you will have awesome gains just with diet alone your 1st year.

    ^^^ agree STOP ur cycle as soon as possible bro and hang with these awesome guys here for a couple of months to a year and read,read,read and you will learn alot. While this is going on get your diet and training up to par and then when your ready, then start your cycle.
