Well There Are Some Things That You Should Know.. First I Wouldnt Reconmend Running Tren On Your First Cycle. I Would Also Suggust That If You Are Going To Run It You Run Some Type Of Test With It. Yes Tren Will Mess Up Your Sex Life If Your Not Running Test With It. What Are Your Stats? Bf% Age. As Far As The Cardio Goes I Dont Really See Any Need To Do It More Than 45 Mins To An Hour. But You Really Need To Be In The Gym If You Are Going To Use Aas. What Are Your Plans For Pct?

Hey Bro Best Advice I Can Give You Is Stop Your Cycle Now And Go To The Educational Threads. Sense You Have Only Injected Once You Will Be Fine. You Have A Lot The Learn. When You Have Educated Yourself More And You Are Ready For A Cycle Go With A Test Only Cycle. Leave The Tren Alone For A While. Also Look Up Pct. The Ed Threads Will Also Tell You What All The Abreviations Mean. You Can Also Learn The Proper Way To Inject. And Welcome To The Board By The Way.. Alot Of Great Info..

You need to keep track of your calories, fat, carbs, and your protein intake. I would say you need more protein in your diet. Also Test is short for testosterone.

These are all very true things tren isnt somehting you should be using for a first cycle. But before we get into all of that lets talk about ur diet list ur average daily cals protein carbs fats etc its hard to actually count them all and crap but try to give ur closes guess to what ur getting btw so u learn a new acronym those are your macros lol. Test you dont know what test means ?
Breakfast At 4:30 A.m. 6 Eggwhites
9:00 A.m. Bannana Or Orange
11:00 A.m. Can Of Tuna
1:00 P.m. Power Bar With Gatorade
3:00 P.m. Apple/orange
5:00 A Steak Or (boiled) Chicken.
And Yes I'm That New I Don't Know What Test Means. I Bought My Gear For 8 Weeks Of Tren.
But I'm In The Military So I Have All Day To Run And Go To The Gym. But No One To Ask Without Ending Up In The Brig!
