i am 6 ft tall and i was 225 pounds i am know 185 due to a good diet and working out. I have been doing a lot of training but I just wont grow any muscle mass so I started doing a lot of reading on this site and I have desided to start a test cycle I am dead set on doing this no one can change my mind but I want to do it right. So in saying that if any senior mod has any suggestions on what I should take please tell me because i am going to to it anyway. thanks
