I agree-everyone says that they have researched alot, and most ask the same question as you. The first cycle advice is only posted in about 50.67524% of the forums here.
And dont start until you have pct and an AI for emergencies.

iam sure he has done some research, he is probably just confused and wants some ideas and help. u should run test C or E 400-500mgs/week with some dianabol 20-40mgs/day. make sure you have some letro on hand or whatever works for u tho.
