    2 times a week.

    what will be u'alls opinion on training the same bodypart twice a week.

    My instructor, who is a bodybuilder said i should trust him and this program.
    chest,shoulder & arm monday and thursday and legs,back abs on tuesday and friday. Also the reps are high, between 10 -15.

    Can u build any muscle on such a routine?

    i guess but if it were me. id be too shagged from the first bodypart or two and my third would probably be half arsed. but thats just me

    If you're trying to "tone up" you might be alright. If you're trying to put on some muscle i think it's it's a little much.

    i use to be all about once a week body parts and low reps,,, ever since i started doing twice,, some body parts even 3 times,, with reps between 12-15 reps,, ive seen some nice gains, granted im not even on a multi vitamin at the time( money sucks right now) ive also notice my nervous system nerves feel shoot,, a side note weights are alot lighter( big time) but mucles look fuller

    Its like everything else if you give it your ALL you'll grow like a weed if you half-ass it you'll have to do it twice as much to get similar results...

    I find if you do 3 weeks heavy weights low reps lie you said, then do a week of the high reps lower weight stuff that works better. Your muscle memory keeps changing this way and you wont hit a plataeu. But as stated above high reps low weigth is a cutting sort of excercise. And i also find if you work just the on body part a week say
    chest - monday
    shoulders - tuesday
    etc etc
    Or work it how it best suits you, work the body part hard on the day of training it, you shouldnt have to do it twice a week, once will be enough and give it time to rest, until the following week.

    the HIT routine uses a 3 day split hitting everything twice a week

    worked very well for me

    thanx for u'alls input. Keeping in mind, i do a sport that is endurance related, and i think this might help for that as i wanna put out some lean muscle but also retain myendurance levels.
