    Check out this site: http://www.weetabix.co.uk/

Weetabix is the cereal I was thinking of, that is close to a wheat biscuit.

Weetabix contains the following ingredients listed in order of amount used.

Wholegrain Wheat (95%), Malted Barley Extract, Sugar, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid.

I have seen the honey wheat but was looking for some that weren't enriched. To bad Bisquick doesn't make 100% whole wheat flour

i know. i bought the uncle bobs red mill brand or whatever from the health food store. i tried them a few ways and was unhappy. i thought subbing milk for heavy cream would make them better, but it didnt. maybe i shoulda added more butter idk. i just eat the grands and just eat 1 or 2 usually just 1

Sounds like one of us should invent some whole wheat canned biscuits and get rich. Oh yeah what the f was I thinking, most americans are fat asses that eat greasy Hardees' biscuits (guess there wouldn't be much of a market for our healthy biscuits, but the guys here on the forum sure would eat them up!)
