    Smile New member with workout questions

    Hi guys,

    I'm new to the forum and from the UK

    Been training for 5-6 years in total and i'm just looking to perfect my technique and learn of others who are as addicted as me...

    I wanted to know what is the best way to start a workout, for example is it better to start with compound excerises or vary it ?

    I currently vary it day to day to shock the body.

    Always vary the workouts, depending on your body right now(amount of mass and progress you have made over the years) it would be clear whether to train with more compound exercises and/or focus more on isolation movements.

    Usually when starting the workout I get the hardest exercises which require the most energy out of the way first.
