Hello, I have a few posts on here about AAS use and I figured I could get the same help that I have been getting from others in my previous thread. What I am looking for is help and guidance to start lifting, I have been doing mostly cardio and watching what I eat due to the serious lifters I ask for help just laugh and walk away.
I have researched personal trainers, but cannot afford the 35-50 per hour 3-5times per week. So what I am looking for is basically a workout plan as far as what days to train and what parts to train to be most effective to me. I have limited lifting and this is why I need guidance in this area. I am looking for a plan that I can use for roughly 3-6 months in connection with my cardio to see some great results.
