hey guys i was wanting to cut some body fat down and look good for the summer. thanks to bone.crushers progressive pics they inspired me to cut back up. i'm currently 6'2 230lbs and prolly around 14-16% bf, 23 years old and been working out since i was 17.
my question is, would it make since to do the slingshot workout with a cutting diet and 3 days of low intensity cardio a week? i'll be on 2perdrol along with the support supps. i wasn't sure if it would hurt me in the end with my CNS or not. i know t would be tough, but since it's for such a short time. how do you think i my body would react??
