Hey guys i'm looking for some opinions. my current routine is day 1 shoulder/tris, day 2back/traps/rear delts, day 3 abs/calves, day 4 chest/bis, day 5 legs, day 6 abs/calves then repeat, no set days
My legs suck so i want to split them, i like to deadlift so i was thinking a deadlift/ham day and a quad day. i think i would have to stop squating cause it hits my hams hard too.
here is what i was thinking
day 1 quads, day 2 shoulder/dis, day 3 back/tris, day 4 calves/abs, day 5 deadlift/hams day 6 chest and repeat
any thoughts?
