    natural pics (skinny i know)

    just thought id post a few picks up before starting my first cycle (not sure how soon yet). Want to find out peoples opinioins on what i should work on. sorry havent got a photo of my legs yet but i know they need work lol. I also think my chest needs work.

    What do ya think?

    i say your looking good and need to go on a bulking diet. how did you get that scratch on your elbo?

    risk adding 6% bf to add 1" to your arms??

    and yes, you have not reached your natural potential.. you could wait several more years..

    Bf% 7 last time i checked but i think its prob more around 10.
    age 20
    i think for my frame i could add another 3 or 4 kg natural, but have been finding it hard to gain weight as of late. also i have to remain quite fit for my job. so my goal is prob to bulk to about 83-84 and then cut down to 79-78

    here is an average day

    Protein Carbs Fat KJ
    Meal 1 20.7g 47g 11g 1512kj

    Meal 2 45g 60.75g 2g 1884kj plus one apple or banana

    Meal 3 51.4g 69.4g 30.5g 3332kj

    Meal 4 45g 60.75g 2g 1884kj plus one apple or banana

    Meal 5 22g 71.8g 12g 2409kj plus 450g of meat (eat over 1.5 hours)

    Meal 6 61g 85.25 19g 3165kj

    Total 245.1g 394.95g 76.5g 14186kj plus 450g of meat, two apples or banana and snacks

    plus a multi V two fish oil tabs and 1mg of b12 eod via IM

    prob need to eat more in the mournings, i have learnt heaps about diet (and everything lol) since ive been on and am still trying to tune it better. What do you think?

    i agree. good natty work. everyones so quick to say "u need to bulk u need to bulk" but it all depends on ur goals. like me myself, i don't like getting sloppy and don't want to get real big.

    how i look at it is 50% function and 50% vainity. So my goals are to bulk to about 90 and then cut to about 85 and maintain while increasing fittness. because i need to be as fit and as stronge as possible for my job, and it looks good. so thats my goals for starters

    very good natural base bro..theres room to grow for you yet, and i would definately wait a couple years before hopping on the sauce, but youve done well so far. i would eat more and bulk clean...with your metabolism you should still be able to maintain your cardiovascular shape while adding weight.

    I think this guy has done very well and has maintained A LOT OF discipline with diet and exercise!!!!
