Hey guys,
I'm pretty new on this board and have been doing research even before i joined. I use to train when i was 20 for about half a year until i had my appendix burst and after surgery i gave up since i lost most of what i gained. Anyway im back and would like to get into it in full swing. ( sorry for the back ground story but every thread where help is asked, the pro's always ask so i decided before i post ill give full details of work out and diet and pics..e.t.c)
I have done dbol once back when i was 20 without any research but didn't get affected as far as my health is concerned.
I plan on staying off steroids till i use up my "natty"..
So here's the details. i have a small gym where i live with machines that include leg press, chest press, shoulder gridle and back combo, and one that exersies triceps, treadmill, and dumbbells. As far as the work out is concerned the only access to barbells would be at my buddy's house where we have barbells and dumbells. So my questions is can i do a work that included 4 days of working out due to bench press as an isolated workout???
as for my diet this is what i genrally ear
early morning : cereal, milk
morning : 3 eggs, protein shake, oranges, 4 slices of bread and bacon ( and supplement listed below)
lunch: type of meat generally chicken, pork or turkey with vegetables, rice and beans.
after noon: snack like home cooked tacos, or burtito or above meal again with potato.
before work out : proten shake, 1 banana,
after workout : protien shake and hand full of nuts.
before dinner: salad alternate meat like chicken, pork with cheese, beans, brown rice and other fruits. and supplements
dinner: sweet potatos, cooked plantains, some kind of home cooked food that i have no idea what it's called in english. sorry but generally contains high carbohydrates or protien.
now due to some religious issues i am unable to eat BEEFi know but it's out of respect. please let me know what im doing wrong with my diet.
here's the supplements:
protien shake taken as stated above.
vitamins c, b12, carotene, fish oil, flax seed oil, creatine, amino's
i have been working out :
Monday : chest , shoulders, lats, abs ..
Wednesday: biceps, triceps, legs
Friday: same as Monday wit out chest but additional cardio
sat: chest using bench press. due to above issue with barbells availability
okay so i have been doing this for a month and here's my before and after pics sorry for the pics as they were only ones on this hard drive and gf has the camera. The first pic is one month old. second is new. please let me know if there's more info you guys need for to help me out. Thanks in advance. (sorry for long post)
