I am starting to bulk up this week over a 12 week period. I have deadlift on back day and squat on leg day(spaced 3 days apart). Will having both of these lifts in my bulking workout week lead to overtraining and hinder my progress/gains. Nutritionally i am sound eating 6-7 meals a day ( every 3 hours). I am going heavy and intense with each, sets of 5x5.

.. but both in the same training program on different days of the week is perfectly fine, not to mention a great way to bulk up quick.
