ok ive been lifting for about 5 years 195lb 6' about 10%bf 23years old
ive been told im lifting to long i workout for about 2-3 hours
i have droped it down to 1.5 hours but now im having trouble getting all my sets in
i normaly do the pyramid less weight more reps to highweight lower reps then back to less weight and more reps
now my reps were consisting of 12 for low weight around 8 for more weight (ranges from 6-10 based on the excersice)
then back to 12 for less weight
and i do about 7-9 some times or more sets for each with 4 min rest period
the reason i do this is because i dont feel pain when i do smaller worouts so i go till it hurts even then its not bad
also im on cycle of enanthat and deca 750 enth and 600 deca
i fallow the workout on this site plus add my own in
also i work heavy construction so im always active
how should my sets and reps look for a decent workout?
any help would be much apreatiated
also my goals are to reach a lean 240 hard muscle
