So in the gym today and doing bent over shoulder raises, sitting on end of bench, trying to isolate rear delts, and I get these crazy pains around my neck and upper spine. Even now like two hours later there is tremendous soreness. I have not done this exercise in a while so do you think it is due to that or too heavy of weights?
It doesn't feel like it will last very long, but really uncomfortable in gym. Anybody else experience this?
Note: Currently on Anti-E Formestane (E-Form), potential cause?
