    Building center of chest help?

    Ive been working out for a yr and half. Nothing intense, just keeping in general good shape. I have picked up the workout the last 3 mnths and am now starting my 1st cycle of Test E 500mg 12 wks, Dbol .25mg 1-4 wk, Finasteride ed and milk thistle ed. Ldex on hand with Nolva too.
    I have noticed that the outer edges of my pecks are shaping up nicely and the center is getting more defined but it seems to be lacking in the upper center area. Any suggestions on how i can shock this part into progress? Ive started narrowing up my grip on different presses and this may have been results of the changes lately but looking for a lil advice.

    dumbbell flyes, incline dumbbell bench, incline flyes

    Try to squeeze as hard as you can when the dumbbells are together at the top of the movement either when doing inclines or flat flyes. Hold that for a couple of seconds then concentrate on the negative movement slowly, with an explosive positve. It seems to work for me. Good luck!

    You said you have only been working out for 1 1/2 years, you probably just need to develop more overall mass on your chest and not try to priorities just the inside of your chest, focus on overall mass and it will come, Incline Barbell Press.
