Ive been working out for a yr and half. Nothing intense, just keeping in general good shape. I have picked up the workout the last 3 mnths and am now starting my 1st cycle of Test E 500mg 12 wks, Dbol .25mg 1-4 wk, Finasteride ed and milk thistle ed. Ldex on hand with Nolva too.
I have noticed that the outer edges of my pecks are shaping up nicely and the center is getting more defined but it seems to be lacking in the upper center area. Any suggestions on how i can shock this part into progress? Ive started narrowing up my grip on different presses and this may have been results of the changes lately but looking for a lil advice.
