Hey, I've been working out now for over 4 5 months. I been going with a buddy of mine, but i think his work outs havent been to good.
see if you guys can help me set up a 5 day work out
I'm 19 150lbs almost 6'0.
I'm looking in to building mass, and a little cutting.
I dont want to start any type of stariods yet, I'm going to give my self atleast a year before I start looking in to that
