I wanna get the size that you guys are and the shape. If you look at the natural teen bodybuilders there muscles arent really the muscles that you guys have after cutting, im gonna be like 30 when i get ur size

Trust me man yout muscle is just starting to mature right now....beetween 18-20 is when my body started to look like a "man"....I dont mean body hair and shit what I mean is your muscle starts to get more shape and matures, your shoulders will start to brawden and get wide ect....wait until your atleast 20 before you get on sauce because at you age its a waste!

you DONT need to go on steroids, you need to eat ALOT MORE!!!! u say ur eating 3000 calories? u need to double that if u wanna bulk and work out hard! your natural test production is amazing right now and the highest it will ever be... so you need to work out hard and eat hard!
u can look at supplements such as whey protein, weight gainer powder, creatine, BCAA's, multivit... thats about it...
i doubt many people here will encourage a cycle at your age...
ps you will be alot bigger in 2 years... surprsingly bigger if u eat and train right

I wouldn't worry about pure lean muscles as much as I would worry about any muscles at all.
Clearly you are lying about your diet or your workout. Those stats you listed (your body w/ the diet you said & the training you said) are impossible IMHO.

About how many cals intake and still build lean muscle?
check out the diet forum... i cant tell u much cause i am still learning... but if its clean, then you should minimize fat gain...
