    5'11" @ 145lbs?

    I wouldn't worry about pure lean muscles as much as I would worry about any muscles at all.

    Clearly you are lying about your diet or your workout. Those stats you listed (your body w/ the diet you said & the training you said) are impossible IMHO.

    not if i worked out wrong for a year and doing high reps and cardio every other day
