    Dogcrapp Question

    Read the sticky and some threads, but still have questions:

    -Do you stretch after each exercise or after all the exercises that day
    -When your coming down with the weight (negative), Do you have to go down a min of 4-6 seconds and explode up?

    Thanks...I think that's all I need help with

    stretch after your last set for each muscle group. do the negative as you stated

    I spend about 10 minutes streching prior to my workout, then get on the treadmill for 5 minutes just to get things going.
