new, in shape but wanna get bigger in the bi's, tri's n chest. need help. my rotine is
mon, thurs, sat(bi's)(tri's)(cardio)
3 sets of 25 reps of 35 lbs on curl
3 sets of 10-6-max behind the neck upper curl with 70lbs
3 minutes full speed on bike.
hand curls with the short bar with 15 lbs on both side 3 sets of 10-6-max
3 sets of 25 reps of 35 lbs on curl
3 sets of 10-6-max behind the neck upper curl with 70lbs
3 minutes full speed on bike.
tues fri and sunday (chest)(cardio)
3 sets of 10 rep on bench with 45lb bar and 45 on each
3 sets of 10 rep on decline with bar and 35lbs on each
3 sets of 10 rep on incline with bar and 35 lbs on each
3 miles on bike.
only thing i take is NoXplode and cellmass when i remember to take my cellmass.
anything for advice i am in iraq and jsut would like some advice on my routine i want to lose about 15 lbs of excess and gain it back in muscle. if not gain back more.
im not afraid of drugs or anything so any advice would be greatly appriciated
