    Post Work out meal

    How many carbs, complex and simple, should one be taking post work out (lifting)?

    I've read that you should take sugars to help activate the insulin, but I've also heard that complex carbs can be taken to help anabolism...

    What kind of foods for complex carbs would you suggest?

    Fyi, this should be in the diet section. Their are few threads there on this subject.

    watch the video in the diet section, its in the sticky titled so you wanna learn how to diet, its a series of 5 or 6 videos, prob answer most questions you could ask
